The Vault Dance Studio space (“Licensed Premises”) can be licensed for rehearsals, classes, workshops, and other events/activities as agreed upon.  The studio will be licensed in blocks of time (1 HR MINIMUM).

 

 Paid license time periods include time for early arrival (if applicable).  Space may only be booked via email or phone.  Space is not guaranteed until the full payment is received and License Agreement has been completed and signed by the licensee.  Both the payment and License Agreement must be turned in together to reserve your studio space.

Licensing Options:

Studio A: $55/Hour 

900 SqFt - Raised marley floors, bluetooth enabled speaker, fixed ballet barres, moveable ballet barres, mirrors, bathroom access (attached to studio).

​

Studio B: $35/Hour

550 SqFt - Raised marley floors, bluetooth enabled speaker, mirrors, bathroom access in lobby.

Studio C: $45/Hour

850 SqFt - Private entrance, raised marley floors, bluetooth enabled speaker, fixed ballet barres, moveable ballet barres, mirrors, bathroom access (attached to studio).

*All studios are handicap accessible.

Add on licensing options:

Lobby: $25/Hour

Need some additional space for your workshop or event?  The lobby is a perfect place to set up tables for food, beverages, display tables, etc.

Tables and Chairs: $10/Hour for any or all of the following items.

4 - 6ft folding tables

2 - 4ft folding tables

6 - folding chairs

6 - standing chairs

Classroom Materials:

Additional waivers required to be signed by Licensee and guests.

Acro mats: $10/Hour (7 folding mats available)

Color spots: $5/Hour (30 spots total)

Yoga blocks: $5/Hour (12 yoga blocks total)
